Description
(Hyd. arborescens subsp. radiata): 3-5’, mounded, fast-growing. Impressive 4-6” silver-white mophead flowers, July-August. 2-8” leaves, dark green on top and bright sparkling silver-white on bottom, are quite beautiful on breezy days. Moist soils. Lovely for specimen, massing, woodland edges, foundations, mixed borders. Native to Appalanchians.
