Abundant soft-pale-lemon-yellow flowers, golden centers with violet stamens; blooms 6-8 weeks, starts August. 4” lance leaves. Likes average to moist soils. A late season showstopper; easiest in less managed areas like meadows, fence lines, road sides. Hybrid: part CT native, part midwest. Magnet for Bees, Butterflies, Hummingbirds.
