High-yielding, heirloom quality, early season black raspberry whose upright growth and cluster formation make its berries very easy to pick.  Berries are medium-sized, firm and glossy with rich black raspberry flavor.  Good for fresh eating, jams, jellies, desserts and baking.  Berries freeze well.  Being a summer-bearing plant, it will bear fruit fruit one year after planting.  Vigorous and moderately winter hardy.  Plants show some tolerance to powdery mildew.
