Ordering is now closed via our online plant store and by mail!  Thank you very much for supporting our sale!!

Our 2022 plant sale will be held April 29-30 at the Chester Fairgrounds, Kirtland Terrace, Chester.  All plants must be ordered in advance; there will not be any extras available at the Fairgrounds.  Order pick-up will be scheduled in advance and will take place, Friday, April 29, 9:30 am – 6:00 pm, and Saturday, April 30, 9:30 am – 5:00 pm.  Due to the large numbers of orders we’ve received, we are extending pick-up to Sunday, May 1, 10:30 am – 3:30 pm.  Sign-up information will be provided when we send sales receipts the week of April 11th.

This year’s sale features a wide variety of shrubs, ground covers, edibles, evergreen trees, flowering perennials, ferns, grasses and sedges. Evergreen trees are being sold as plugs instead of bare root seedlings; plugs don’t have to be planted immediately, have less transplant shock, and have a greater survival rate. We are also offering a selection of flowering perennial landscape plugs, which can be purchased in our webstore. These are a low cost and easy way to plant a landscape.

As in the past, our plant selections feature a variety of pollinator plants, edible landscaping plants, wet-loving plants for rain gardens, and plants suitable for waterside buffer gardens.
