October 7th - We've Moved!
The Southwest Conservation District office has moved from Wallingford to the USDA Forest Service building at 51 Mill Pond Rd. in Hamden, CT. We're still getting things sorted out, but if you would like to contact The District, you can email us at swcd43@sbcglobal.net..

September 24th, 25th - Wallingford Rod & Gun Club pond E&S Installation
The Southwest Conservation District with Wallingford Rod & Gun Club members and volunteers, installed 700 feet of coir fiber logs backed with erosion control blankets to stabilize their pond's eroding shoreline.
