Support your local conservation district! The Shrub and Seedling Sale is our main fundraising event for the year. All proceeds fund our natural resources technical and educational programs and services.

We offer a wide variety of hard-to-find native plants including potted shrubs, groundcovers, grasses, ferns, flowering perennials, and bare-root evergreen seedlings. All plants are native to North America, and almost all are Connecticut natives.

Trees and shrubs provide food and cover for wildlife, clean the air, curb the greenhouse effect, cut energy costs, reduce soil erosion, improve water quality and beautify our community.

Master Gardeners are on hand the days of the sale to answer your gardening and planting questions.

Pre-ordering secures your choices; some plants are in limited supply. Contact us for information about availability, or if you would like to get on our mailing list to receive a copy of the brochure and order form.
